For all fully automatic filter presses of the AF-series, the option is available to assist the operator on site by means of telephone support using remote access. Thus, a quick response to your call is possible, and the downtime of the system is minimised.

In order to be immediately available to our customers, we will offer the HoloLens 2 in addition to our filter presses in future. Pretty cool? We think so, too. With this convenient, wireless solution, we can answer your questions easily and give you technical support live and in front of your filter press. You work in a louder industrial environment? No problem. Intelligent microphones, a built-in WiFi interface and advanced speech recognition make it possible.
