Rinsing and washing station

The rinsing and washing station is a container tower in which the washing medium and the cleaning solution are stored. Each of the installed tanks is level-monitored by sensors. With the help of the PLC, the necessary media can be refilled as required.

 

The rinse and wash station is used in the automated wash cycle to allow wash water/medium to permeate the cake. In this way, salts are dissolved or the mother liquid is replaced by the washing water.

 

The rinsing station is used to regenerate the filter cloth with rinsing medium at regular intervals. This process increases the service life of the filter cloths.
